How could we leverage AI to offer a better shopping experience by fixing something painful by adding something delightful. We explored two concepts that would show how AI could be used as a layer into an experience they were already familiar with, in addition to another concept that explored AI shopping as the destination. Both ideas were conceptual in nature to be used with the Google team to begin to reimagine the "what ifs" of AI and how it would work. The results were well received and it allowed advancement into continual refinement that would be considered in future products.
